THE SAGA CONTINUES

Well walk through went ahead as scheduled last Wednesday. Did not start well driveway not poured had to have my powered wheelchair manhandled from footpath to garage and had too traverse the area on my own with help from Aam! P****d off right from the start. Kevin from New Home Inspections was already on site. Here is a brief list of items that need to still be addressed before we can settle:-
1. Driveway
2. Bidet needs installing
3. Wrong size grab rails in en suite shower
4. No grab rails in bathroom & additional toilets.
5. Tap ware in en suite
6. Wrong tap in Pantry
7. No spa pump
8. Hole in bedroom wall
9. Missing stack stone
10. Dummy lock missing on front door
11. Wrong door furniture
12. So many paint defects that Kevin will have to come back after all other work is done!
So settlement before Xmas appears unlikely.
