Last Thursday we were told that the bidet that we had ordered was out of stock and would not be available till late January! We were given 3 alternative choices which Aam checked and rejected as being of a far inferior quality. I shot off yet another harshly worded email.
Visited site yesterday and discovered that the roof had sprung a leak turning our new light fitting over bench in kitchen into a shower head!!! Water was pooling all over floor (Can see more delays coming)
Today roof was fixed but will have to wait for plaster to dry before we will know if it will need to be replaced. Plumber has knocked out some bricks for installation of spa pump pipes, hole in bedroom wall repaired and wall painted. SS rang to say that Bidet would be delivered tomorrow and driveway will also be poured tomorrow. We are still not confident of settlement before Xmas.
