CABINETS UPDATE - No 9

Presuming the cutout here is for electrical work?

Overhead cabinet in Laundry fixed
Not much has happened on site since Wednesday, a cutout has appeared in rear of space where Steam oven is to be installed looks pretty messy at this stage. We are assuming it has to do with the electrical works. Overhead cabinet in laundry has been fixed as can be seen in the before and after pictures.
The only other work done has been the tiling of the shower base in en suite & skirting tiles in laundry. All tiling was supposed to have been finished today now it looks like it won't be done till late next week!
Had a call from the Project Manager today with costings for the replacement of downpipes with rainwater cups $740 still too much in my opinion but better than the originally quoted $900. Not very happy at all about this.

Hey Buddy i really feel for you i wasted $2500 and 5 months waiting for plans to be drawn up with ashford homes. Long story short our site costs were
Ashford $22000 compared to Henley which came in at $11000 and you get $4500 back if they dont hit rock which they didnt. Ashford were charging us around 2 or three times for a list of things some of which we did not need like a class H slab $5000 and an exhaust fan in the bathroom which should come with the house $403 come on Ashford hurry up and go broke i cant believe there still in business its a shame alot of people arnt in the industry and dont know how much these builders rip up off. Good luck with your house mate
