A visit to the site this evening revealed that very little has been done today (despite a call from builders new Business Manager assuring us that our project is now being given top priority) just some additional work to the kitchen cabinets and the installation of a vac pan for ducted vacuum in kitchen cabinet kickboard. Caesar stone benchtops that were supposed to be installed on Monday have still not arrived.
Also had a call from the Project Manager saying that the variation cost for removal of downpipes at front of house and the installation of rainwater cups (provided by us) will be $900! I told him that this was way too much and he promised to recheck their costings.
