Met Kevin McDonald (New Home Inspections) and SS on site Friday for the Pre Plaster inspection. Apart from 3 minor problems which SS will fix house came through with flying colours, Kevin was impressed with the finish so far. Great news.
SS says that over the next week insulation will be finished, ducted vacuum pipes to be installed, wiring for Home Theatre to be completed and plastering to commence on 7th July.
Still no resolution regarding the downpipes as yet, Kevin seems to think that if changes are made then they will probably be at our cost!
