Bad weather in Cranbourne appears to have put the brakes on again. I cannot for the life of me understand why they do not put the roof on first, now when it rains the water pools around the frame edges. I wonder how long it will take to dry out and how much will be soaked up by the frame and how these water soaked parts will affect plastering etc.
