Visited site on Sunday and Monday and found that roof is finished, windows to canopy in and temporary doors installed so we are now at lockup stage! This will mean that future interior pictures will have to be taken through the windows. We are now expecting a further progress payment demand any day.
In addition to the above work carpenters are now on site installing frames for bath & spa and Merbau cladding to alfresco ceiling. SS has asked me to meet him on site next week to work out locations & heights for all the additional noggins which are to be installed for my grab rails in toilets & showers. He also expects the electrician to commence his work this week.
