Well it has been over two weeks now and the roof has still to be completely tiled! However yesterday the SS assured me that house would be at lockup stage by Friday (over a month behind schedule) and that we can expect a bill for this on Monday! I wish their building Department were as efficient as their Accounts department!
Apart from the roof tiling it appears that little or nothing else has been done except for the delivery on site of Doors which look to be incorrect to me, Bath and Spa Bath.
We moved into rental accommodation last Friday and poor Aam is still trying to unpack stuff.
Settlement was due on our old property today but due to administrative problems it looks like we will have to wait till tomorrow for it to happen.
